Startup idea to develop an automated system that identifies the type of customer complaints received by a financial institution that specializes in automotive loans, based on key words or phrases within the complaint itself. The system aims to enhance efficiency by routing these complaints to relevant departments responsible for handling them.

I am an analyst for a financial institution specializing in automotive loans. We receive complaints and it would be most beneficial to have a system in place that would automatically identify the type of complaint based on what was entered into the complaint itself, like trigger words and phrases for example. This would allow us to more efficiently route these complaints to the appropriate departments for resolution.
