Startup idea to develop a software providing customizable legal templates with boilerplate consistencies catering to independent filmmakers. The idea aims to ensure legal robustness and includes a feature to print documents easily, catering to both digital and traditional paperwork necessities.

I am an independant film maker and the templates for forms that you can find are either very generic, or super specific to a single company that you have to basically start from scratch no matter which option you pick. The other problem is that you need it to be boilerplate enough that you can plug in the next client, or next project so that all of your bases are covered but without taking your paperwork to an attorney you are never certain that any thing from the templates would hold up should you ever have to use them in a court of law. Last but not least there are people who still enjoy having hard copies as back up and singing paper copies of documents so the ability to print off the documents at any time would be a great feature.
