Startup Idea: 3D Virtual Real Estate Exploration Platform

Startup idea to develop a 3D system for real estate companies to showcase their property listings. Customers can register to access these 3D property models via VR glasses at their convenience, providing a comprehensive and convenient property exploration experience.

I have worked for a real estate company since 2014.

We have a huge database of properties and if customers have time, they can pop into our office and we can show them those properties that they want.

However, the problem is that most of the customers do not have enough time. They are busy and can't visit our office or the real properties.

What I'm thinking about is a 3D system built for each property. The customers can register an account with us to use VR glasses to check the properties anytime and anywhere they want. The software should be the combination between 3D system builder and VR glasses.

Definitely this is gonna dominate the market if someone can do it.
