Startup idea to develop a software solution that aims to improve the retail work environment. The software could possibly guide customers in shopping, promote mutual respect among customers and employees, and handle policy-related queries, thus making the retail worker's job less tedious and frustrating.

I work at Jcpenney and my work is not something many people would enjoy. It is tedious, frustrating, and boring. I have to fold jeans and sometimes work in the back. The sad part is, it is alone. The thing that annoys me the most is that people have no respect among the workers at retail stores. I cannot control how much an item costs and I cannot change the store policies.

If a software could change people's attitude then it would make my life a lot easier.
