Startup Idea: Programming Language Translator Tool

Startup idea to develop a software tool that can translate similar codes between different programming languages or offer specific command suggestions for various programming languages when queried.

For programming it would be really useful to have a program that can switch similar codes between languages. IE: If a code was written in java script, a translator to C++ for a similar function would be great. Or something that simply offers suggestions when queried with a question, like "what is the command to sort a list alphabetically in python". Something kind of like google translate, but for programming.
