Startup Idea: Credit To Cash Transfer App

Startup idea to develop an app that allows users to transfer money from their credit cards to their main account when their current account dips to zero and they have exhausted their cash withdrawal limit from their credit card.

I use a number of financial services but when my current account is at zero and I have exceeded the maximum amount I can withdraw in cash from my credit card, it would be great to have an app where I can transfer money from my credit card to my main account, which I cannot do through my bank. They only allow me to use my credit card up to its limit to pay for retail transactions, but not to transfer to my own current account.
