Startup Idea: Personal Media Server and File Storing App

Startup idea to develop a software or app that enables users to remotely access their computer from a mobile device, retrieve data, view media, and save files back to the computer. This would act like a personal, securely accessible media server that also allows saving and running mobile apps on the computer.

I would like some software, or app that would allow me to automatically log into my computer from my phone or tablet from anywhere that allows me to pull information, pictures, other data and actually view it on tablet without having to save it on tablet. I do not mean like team viewer where I would be controlling my computer but like a media server I could access from anywhere, and if you could perfect that and add the security enough where just you could log in would be great. My phone only has so much space along with my tablet so if you could also add in a way to save pictures videos straight back to computer after taking them would be great too. Have it work on wifi or cell and let it access and save all pics video etc. I know everyone is into the cloud etc but I still prefer to have my info stored on my own hard drive so I can make discs or slideshows to watch with family and friends. If you could find a way to save apps to my computer and let my phone or tablet run them would be just wonderful.
