Startup Idea: Automatic Dialer for Structured Settlement Industry

Startup idea to develop an automatic dialing software to improve efficiency in the structured settlement industry. The software should be capable of autodialing numbers from a seller file without manual interference, eliminating skipped numbers post first call.

I currently work in the structured settlement industry and run into a lot of problems with the way our dialer is run. We have to manually click the dial button in order to make a call.

Not only does this take extra time, but it also skips all other numbers associated with the seller file once the first call is completed. I would like some kind of software that autodials the numbers to save us time, and make the system more efficient.

This industry is all about call volume, working for such a large company (Peachtree) I do not understand how they have no such technology.
