Startup Idea: Automated Code String Review Tool

Startup idea to develop a software designed to automate the process of identifying duplicated code strings within statistical data aggregates. It should provide alerts for the presence of such duplicates for ease of management.

I do statistical data aggregation for an IT firm. My pain point is in the compiling of code strings. I currently do not have a way to eliminate multiples. I have to find them by hand. I would absolutely pay for software that Would auto alert me if it finds a copy.
