Startup Idea: Multi-Company Accounting Software Integration with Quickbooks

Startup idea to develop a software that integrates with Quickbooks for multi-company entities. The goal is to easily extract, process and present data in a user-friendly interface with graphical representations. Features include cross-company reporting and financial insights like profit, loss, credit card expenditures and gross payroll obligations.

I manage the accounting department of a mulit-company entity.

We use quickbooks, which is a lovely accounting program, but which is very limited for multi company entities.

All of our entities are related, but when I need to run cross company reports, it is timely, ungainly and fails frequently.

I'd love to have a program that pulls the data from Quickbooks with a slick, user friendly interface so I can access the raw data is a useful, cross company way.

Graphical representations of profit, loss, credit card expenditures, gross payroll obligations across all companies etc.

Did I mention it would need to be user-friendly?
