Startup Idea: Purchase Order Management Software Enhancement

Startup idea to develop a feature-rich purchase order management software. The system should include options to digitally attach vendors acknowledgments or drawings for each purchase order to save on resources consumed by physical copies. In addition the software should be capable of generating and sending reports on purchase delinquencies aiding in operational efficiency and financial management.

I work as a purchaser for a manufacturing company. I currently don't have a way to attached vendors acknowledgments or drawings to each purchase order which means i have to print out paper copies to file which takes up time and resources. Also there is it would be nice if the system would send a report showing the delinquency on purchases that would help as well . I am not sure if the company would pay for this software but it would be a great help and a good investment.
