Startup Idea: Affordable Purchase Software

Startup idea to develop a software that allows users with limited income to enter products they purchase frequently for home use. The software would help users find ways of purchasing the products cheaper by providing once available, the nearest or cheapest location to get the items.

I am on a limited income and find it hard to make ends meet. It would be great if I had a program that allowed me to enter products I purchase for home use and the software directed me to ways of finding them cheaper next time I purchase them.

For example, if I use Tide laundry detergent, next time I need to get it, the software program would tell me either A) the nearest location to purchase the item for the least amount of money or B) where to order it for the least amount of money.
