Startup Idea: Automated Photo Cleanup Service for Google Drive

Startup idea to develop a service that can automatically clean up photos stored in Google Drive. The service should be capable of deleting duplicate or extremely similar images, and retain only the distinctive photos taken at different times and locations.

I am a student that uses google drive to store my photos. I love taking and storing photos in google drive but very soon, there are just too many of them. So far, I have accumulated around 30,000 photos taken within 3 years. It cost me 10 dollars per month just to store them securely.

i would pay for a service that can automatically clean up my photos by deleting the duplicating or extremely similar ones, and only keep the distinctive photos that are taken in different places at different time.
