Startup Idea: Restaurant Cost Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that allows a restaurant manager to import invoices and sales data, and calculate food cost per item. This would also provide the ability to easily update the price of food items as cost varies.

I am a restaurant manager in a fast-casual restaurant that makes about $35,000-$50,000 in sales per week with an average check of $8. While the software we currently have tracks our sales and calculates a food cost percentage, it is difficult to calculate the food cost per item. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to update the price of the food items even though the costs vary week to week.

I would like a software that would important my invoices and my sales and then calculate food cost per menu item and give me a food cost per item to help me to better manage my menu and sales.
