Startup Idea: Software for Categorization and Projection of Legal Cases

Startup idea to develop a software for lawyers, particularly focusing on contingent employment work. The software will help categorize clients based on type of case, assess case duration, success rate, and potential remuneration, thereby providing better income prediction.

I work in the legal industry as a lawyer. We do some hourly work, but we also do alot of contingent employment work.

In other words, it often is very difficult to project our income because contingent work can be so varied.

What I think we need is some sort of software to help with the categorization of different clients based upon type of case.

In other words, do certain types of employment cases take longer than others? Do they vary in success rate? Do they vary in amount per case?

Some type of software to organize these cases would be great. I would pay a if it could better help us predict our yearly income.
