Startup Idea: Quality Assurance Improvement for Gaming Industry

Startup idea to develop a cost-effective, scalable, and customizable software product for a computer manufacturing company in the casino and gaming industry. The tool would help the company leverage customer feedback and vendor supply trends data more efficiently for their sales and quality control processes.

I'm a Quality Assurance Tech at a computer manufacturing company that builds systems for the Casino and gaming industry. I started to notice that between different models of clients products we were not updating our findings from our customer feedback programs, and also vendor supply trends. An old archaic system was to use FoxPro, or some other defunct older Word Processing program with a spreadsheet, but it was not enough to have the ability to monitor, and data enter with customer supplied surveys and forms. I believe that if we had some kind of cost effective software product that could evolve, and be customizable to scale with the companies product developments; it would be easier to use this data in the Sales, and Quality Control aspects of the development loop.
