Startup Idea: Mobile Scanning App with Syncing and Conversion Features

Startup idea to develop a mobile scanning app that can easily sync with existing software, convert scanned documents to various formats like PDF, Word, perform text recognition, and integrate with email contact lists. The app should also have password protections for sent scans and maintain an archive of scan history.

The problem I have is not having a mobile scanning app that syncs or works easily with other software I already have. For example let say I need to send a document when I'm out on the field I want to be able to not only take a picture of it, but also have a choice of what format I wanted converted to. So I lets say I want a pdf or maybe a word document. Also I'd have the choice to do text recognition before sending it off, incase a coworker has to convert it into another format it's able to also convert the text. I want to be able to have a scan app that also syncs with my email contacts or lets me create email contacts, making it easier for me to send documents quicker. Also have password capabilities on what I scan and send. A person who receives it would have to unlock it by inputting the correct password for it. As well as keep an archive of what was send,when, file size etc.
