Startup Idea: Quality Rejection Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a customized software to keep track of quality rejections identified by Quality Engineers. The software needs to manage and document a large variety of reject reasons, something existing software solutions do not provide.

I work in Quality Engineering. I am responsible for keeping track of what my Quality tech reject on a daily basis. With over 10,00 different reject reasons a day. I have no software available to keep track. This is really important documentation I need to have just in case of a request from one of our customers. I have searched and there is no software available to fit our needs. I would glady pay for software to organize our reject system.
