Startup idea to develop a software that allows guests in the hospitality industry to notify staff when their room needs cleaning. This system, accessible through a smartphone, not only eliminates the need for manual checks or direct calls to the front desk but also communicates to guests when their room has been cleaned.

I work in the hospitality industry.

-There is no way for us to know when a person wants their room cleaned unless we go door to door and check manually or they call the front desk directly.

-I wouldn't pay personally for it but i bet the company i work for would.

-If there was a software that notified us through our smartphones when a person wants their room clean it would safe us time. We wouldn't have to go door to door and they wouldn't have to call the front desk to request the service. The smartphone feature would simply let us know which rooms are available for cleaning. In return the feature might be able to notify the guest when their room is done so they know when to return.
