Startup Idea: Real Estate Aggregator Software

Startup idea to develop a software that aggregates real estate listings from various websites into a singular platform. The aim would be to reduce the time consumed in individually browsing different sites. Additionally, features for exporting this aggregated data into excel or Google doc sheet and a mobile-friendly interface for viewing purposes are desired.

I currently work in real estate. My job is to find listings for properties that fit certain criteria. There exists certain websites that can work somewhat, but all of them have different listings! So I have to search each site individually which takes time. If I had a piece of software that could aggregate all that information into one place. Possibly exporting it into an excel spreedsheet or Google doc sheet. Also would be nice if I could view it on my phone/tablet as well. It would be incredible.
