Startup Idea: HVAC Parts Tracking and Management System

Startup idea to develop a software solution that assists HVAC repair and installation workers in tracking and managing parts per job. The software would have a database of parts and display lists of necessary parts for each job, increasing efficiency and organization.

I work in HVAC Repair and Installation

Being unable to keep track of parts or even the parts that are installed. It gets difficult to keep track of multiple jobs and know what to bring on the truck to each job. If I could have access to something that would list what parts were needed at what job it would be helpful.

I would pay for it, definitely.

I think the system could work really well if it were able to list a database of parts that were listed per job, so that I could just quickly read the list and throw it on the truck. So far it works like just guessing what is needed where and no HVAC system is alike. I hope this makes sense.
