- If yes, please describe how the software could solve your problem == I would want a software which would provide a cost/benefit analysis outlining what the cost is for all these people to be in the same meeting and whether it is a benefit to have them there. I sit in a meeting room with 10+ people all getting paid $40+ for an hour and I'd really like to see a justification for meetings like that costing $400+ time and again. I would like to see a software which manages meetings. Something which not only outlines the cost but also allows the attendees to provide feedback, records and documents the meeting, allows for the input of minutes and sharing for those who couldn't attend and generally, something which may help manage meeting time more efficiently. Ultimately, I would like this to have reporting capabilities where upper management can look at this data and ask the question - why are we doing this? I guarantee most have no idea how much time is wasted on something which could have been put into an email in 60% of cases.
