Startup Idea: Startup Idea for Advanced Talent Acquisition Software for Software Testing Sector

Startup idea to develop an algorithm-based application, designated to identifying candidates with tech-specific talents/interests. This software will improve the recruitment process in the software testing sector, by sourcing individuals with a genuine passion and ideal skill set for testing-related tasks and jobs.

1. I work in software testing and development.
2. A big issue in software testing is the ability to attract great candidates who seek out employment. Most times you find people who are pushed into it, or somehow fall into it. It's difficult to find people with a passion or set of skills specifically dedicated to this. It's still rather difficult to identity talent.
3. I would be willing to pay for software. I would assume an algorithm can be generated which could better identify employees with certain tech-specific talents/interests within their educational background and/or general interests, that can then be used to better qualify individuals for testing-related tasks and employment.
