I work in Customer Service/Community and one of my main pain points is the inability to filter two types of notifications into one folder (Forum Messages/Customer Emails). Having to go between the two constantly slows down my productivity greatly and in times of chaos it can cost the company a lot of money due to an influx of traffic to the CS Channel (which costs much more than the Forum channel).
I would absolutely pay for this software if it was available to me. It would save me a ton of time and allow me to get off work earlier in the day than I would a few times per work.
