Startup Idea: Customized Software for Detailed Client Requests

Startup idea to develop a software solution, which allows network publishers to get detailed task requirements from customers. This would include selection menus for job types, provision for sending examples (like URL links), sample colors for graphic design jobs, and text boxes for additional explanations.

I a a network publisher, having a full customized software to allow my customers to tell me in detail what they want.

For example, I do various jobs as network publisher and I am not a mind reader. If for say, a customer is wanting me to do damage control, software where they could use a pull down menu, select the job that are wanting me to do, send me examples of the trouble they are having (url links), and a box where they can type in and explain what they want the outcome to be.

For another example, graphic design. A break down of what they can see in their head as their logo, along with being able to send samples of colors, green is not always green for example. Basic structure design, font, etc.

Being able to select the job for hire, and giving great details based on what I send out in an email would make things very efficient.
