Startup Idea: Employee Productivity Tracking Software for Production Industry

Startup idea to develop a software solution that allows production managers to track and compare the productivity and efficiency of each employee on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. This would solve the problem of spending excessive time on manual monitoring and calculation of each employee's production output.

I work in the production industry as a manager. The problem I run into every day is that I do not know how consistent each employee is with how quickly they produce product. I spend a lot of time figuring out how much product was produced by each employee. I would like to have a software that keeps track of how much my employees are producing at an hourly, daily, and week;y rate. I would like to be able to compare the efficiency of each employee.
