Startup Idea: Social Media Manager for Freelancers

Startup idea to develop a cost-efficient social media and work agenda tool geared towards freelancers. The tool should allow the user to tag any site and schedule alerts prompting them to interact for a specified period of time. It should also have the capability of news monitoring integration, and synchronization across Linux, Android, Apple platforms.

Am a freelancer who like to keep a social media presence for personal interest, and to drive up interest in my work. My problem is am not making enough money to hire somebody to do this for me. When am swamped in work it the first thing to go by the wayside.

I'd pay a few bucks for a social media/work agenda that let me tag any site and schedule a alert to go interact for five minutes. News monitoring integration, and Sync on a variety of platform would also be a must. (Linux, Android, Apple...).
