Startup Idea: Unified Approval and Forms Management System
I am a supervisor at a fairly large tech company. One thing I noticed when I was first strating at the company in my new job, is that I needed to sign up for lots of different things to get the manager access/manager accounts I needed in order to perform my work. Unfortunately, every single one of these requests had to be made a different way through a specific system in order to be seen by the correct people and put through for approval. I was always finding new forms I needed to complete for each part of my job.
The ideal solution to this problem is to have a set list of the approvals and various other forms that need to be filled out for each job. If each form required was placed in a master list for each job that required approVal for different softwares and files, it would be much simpler to find and fill out all the forms, as well as keep track of what steps have been filled out and taken care of, and which have not.
