How a product would work in the real world. Specifically motorcycle mirrors. I make custom mirrors for motorcycles in different shapes and sizes and some virtual reality software where I can input the design and see if it would be practical would be amazing. So I can see if blind spots are visible for specific shaped mirrors and other factors that are not safe to test in the real world.
