Startup Idea: SaaS Solution for Centralized Client Acquisition and Metrics
I'm currently working in the finance industry involved with client acquisition. We perform financial planning for individuals and their families.
In my daily work it is essential to call individuals who are unfamiliar with our services and to set meetings so that we are able to discuss our services. We do not have a centralized source to share who we have contacted and at what stages of their involvement with our company they have. There are multiple company sites in multiple locations which could benefit from sharing this information.
It would be good to have a single SaaS where all members of the company involved in client acquisition could review who has been contacted and at when they have scheduled a meeting. In addition this tracker could also improve the evaluation of metrics such as how many calls it takes to set a meeting and which company sites achieve greater set metrics.
This would be helpful in the company's overall tracking and executives may be willing to pay for this service once it has proven effective. They are consistently trying to track this data but do not have a software solution for this at this time.
