Startup Idea: Software to Mitigate System Lagging

Startup idea to develop a software designed to minimise system lagging and freezing in a computer based industry setup, improving productivity and efficiency of about 100 employees.

I work in the computer industry with about 100 other employees and one of the problems that software can help us solve is the problem of lagging. Lagging causes our computers to freeze and that puts us behind. I would definitely pay for a software like this should it work.
