Startup Idea: Efficient Contact Log Management System for Law Firms
I am a legal assistant for a personal injury law firm. We have around 160+ employees who all work in different departments, using the same software. We currently use CMP (Case Management Portal) to manage our contact logs between clients, other attorneys, doctor's office, etc. However, the system we currently use is very flawed and requires multiple authentications and steps in order to even create a contact log. While the system is well-equipped to handle most of our work, we are looking to find a different solution to contact log management. Possibly a type of open database accessible to all employees, both for reference and real-time updating on what communication has been made with individuals. It would be helpful if the software allowed for communication via employees to update on goings on.
