Startup Idea: Intelligent Data Entry Solution for Manufacturing Facilities

Startup idea to develop a smart software that learns and adapt to user's repetitive data input patterns in word processing applications. It should be capable of filling out predictable fields like name, date, assembly number etc. automatically. The software will be designed to minimize data entry tasks, streamline business operations, and increase productivity in manufacturing facilities.

I work at a manufacturing facility where every peice of information must be recorded in paper form as well as digital copy. Many forms I fill out in MS word are repetitive entries that are nearly automatic- name, date, assy number, name, PO, etc. but I still put too much time typing in these items. There should be software that interfaces with word processing etc that monitors and learns how you work and can automatically fill in this information. you could be alerted to any automatic entries with say, a different color text that is normalized when the document is finalized so that it doesnt automatically make a erroneous entry. As the software learns that particular user or businesses style it adapts and becomes more predictive and intuitive. NO MORE DATA ENTRY!!. no really, thats IT dept job and they refused.
