Startup idea to develop a more reliable and efficient software for tracking shipped items in the online retail industry. The system should provide more accurate information about whether items have been properly delivered to the correct destination.

I work in the online retail industry. Something that is a big pain point in my daily work is not knowing if certain items I have shipped have been properly sent to the correct destination. In order to know this, I have to rely on the customer to let me know. I know there are certain tracking features available, but I find them very unreliable most of the time. I would definitely pay for a software to help me solve this problem.
