I am an elite sales team associate for a vacuum cleaner company. My organization sells vacuums over the phone. They have over 10000 employees. We are having a problem having the computer system distinguish between the commissioned sales and the non-commissioned sales. So often I work the whole day very hard and sell tons of items I should get tons of money for and it does not work. I call them and I really do believe that this is not deliberate. The system works on Linux because all the agents work from home so as to protect credit card data. If they could come up with a system that distinguishes between commissioned and non-commission sales. Because sometimes I work both.
