Startup Idea: Integrated Real Estate Appraisal Software Development

Startup idea to develop an all-in-one real estate appraisal software that combines MLS listings, comparable properties, market rents, research, GPS mapping, and report generating features. This solution aims to streamline work processes, reduce time spent on tasks and increase appraiser's income.

I am a Real Estate Appraiser and currently we are lacking software in the industry that puts all needed resources into one application. A lot of the times we have to have 5-7 windows and applications open at once in order to complete research and appraisal reports.

We need some type of software in the industry that combines MLS listings, comparable properties, market rents, market research, gps mapping, and report completing software all in one. Combining software in this way would cut down on type spent in the office, and in turn would mean more money in appraiser's pockets.

If a couple of developers worked on software for this type of thing I think that they would be very wealthy in the long run. I've tried finding many solutions to this problem but there's just none out there. Searching through pages of appraisal software through google doesn't help much.
