Startup Idea: Class-action Lawsuit Management App

Startup idea to develop a customizable mobile app for law firms handling class action lawsuits. Essential features would include user-friendly interface for plaintiffs to easily submit their information and supporting documents, thus improving data collection process and considerably reducing paperwork.

I work for a group of lawyers that file class action lawsuits. Often, these cases involve huge classes of people, great numbers of them, in the thousands, very often.

As you can imagine, the paperwork involved is overwhelming.

We not only need to contact thousands of potential victims, we need to get them to file paperwork back with us.

It would be so helpful to have an app that we could customize for each lawsuit, for data collection.

The plaintiffs could simply download on to their phone, fill out the needed information, scan the paperwork needed (often proof of purchase, receipts) and file the paperwork back with us electronically through the app.

The app should be step by step, foolproof, written so that anyone can understand it.
