Startup Idea: Ticket Tracking & Change Set Management Software

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive ticket tracking system, which simplifies change set management, provides progress report in percentage and generates links to the related changesets, eliminating the need for manual checks in Visual Studio.

What is a big pain point in your daily work that is not yet solved by software?​ Ticket tracking system built in house not working fine and change sets are difficult to manage.

If yes, please describe how the software could solve your problem Software can be built in a way that it will generate a report with links to the change sets and also can tell me the ticket progress in percentage. Not really currently I am going to the visual studio and check each change set for the ticket.
