Startup Idea: Beginner-Friendly Video Editing Software

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly video editing software, specifically tailored for absolute beginners. While including typical video editing features, the software would also aid in tasks like connecting the camera/memory card to the computer and sharing the finished videos on different platforms. The aim is to create a non-intimidating video editing experience.

I work in video editing, and I don't think the art of a true beginner editing software has been introduced yet. Sure, Windows Movie Maker and iMovie are pretty simple, but I think something even more simplified could open up worlds. Something that helps even with connecting your camera / memory card to the computer at the beginning (streamlined with the drivers / ports on your computer), and gives you outlets / ideas to send the videos to when you're done (sending them, sharing them on video sharing sites, etc.) I think a truly simplified, no-intimidating video editing software could go a long way. I would absolutely pay for this, and so would a lot of people.
