Startup Idea: User Activity Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a software that tracks each user login and logout, with an immutable record. The activity log could be password protected by an administrator, enhancing system security against potential compromises.

I would like software to tract each time it is logged in and out. This action must not be able changed. Perhaps it could be password protected by administrator. This would really help if a system has been compromised.
