Startup Idea: Barcode Reader Solution for Word Processing

Startup idea to develop a software solution that enables a word processor to scan barcoded information automatically from Oracle, eliminating the need for manual typing. The solution would support input from barcoded data directly into the word processor, even when working with carbon copy paper.

At work, I have a typewriter and 2 computers. Alot of times, I take barcoded information from Oracle and have to manually type on the typewriter/word processor. Can you find a way to allow the word processor to scan the barcode and automatically type, instead of manually. Some of this is typed on carbon copy paper, due to customer requirements. I have not found one. Input data from barcode into word processor. Manually typing and telling myself I get paid by the hour, even though it is not efficient.
