Startup Idea: Data Management Software for Firewall Engineers

Startup idea to develop a cost-effective software solution aimed at firewall engineers, which enables easy assignment and tracking of firewall IDs, ticket closure and data storage. This software aims to replace the need for maintaining details manually in excel sheets.

I am working in a IT industry. To be specific, I am a Firewall Engineer and we are maintain the system by providing the firewall Id to the requester and then solve that. Now our clients are adding everyday and still today we are allocating firewall Id and store all the details in excel file ad maintain that. Now by doing that, we also require one extra person to maintain all the data - rather we are looking for some easy and cheap software through which we can assign an Id and store all the details and close the ticket once it is completed.
