Startup Idea: Real Estate Chatbot and Tenant Background Check Software

Startup idea to create a chatbot software that automates answering common inquiries in the real estate/leasing industry. An additional feature of this software could be a tenant background check functionality which offers quick insight into a potential tenant's past behavior.

I work in the real estate/leasing industry and it would be nice if there was a chat bot software that would answer all common questions so that I would have time in my day to tend to other more important matters. It would also be nice if there was a software that you could type in a prospective tenants name and it would search a database and tell you if the tenant has a history of being a bad tenant or being a good tenant.
