I work in a moderately sized dental office at the front desk. Here me and three other people are in charge of scheduling, greeting customers, answering calls, ordering supplies, and other office duties. However, the problem is that some employees work harder to be organized and do their job to the highest standard, while others do not. Long story short, some employees aren t doing their job properly and it causes several issues down the line, but because these issues take a while to surface it is hard to know messed up where. A software that could allow each employee to sign in and track their movement throughout the day would be really helpful. The software could require employees to take notes of phone calls, and track their other duties. This would ensure that everyone was doing their job equally and let us know when and who made a mistake. Program to track computer activity came up with some results but nothing that combined the computer and phone and scheduling system.
