Startup Idea: App for Optimizing Office Errands

Startup idea to develop an application that can assist office runners by organizing daily errand locations based on proximity and suggesting optimal modes of transportation.

I am an office runner and I need to do many errands for the company each day. They usually give me a bunch of addresses to go to. I wish I could find an app that organizes these addresses from nearest to farthest, and tell me which transportation to take so I can better organize my way.
