I work in an IT department and my role also involves working on tasks and corresponding with staff on the business side. While we have a ticketing system for tracking IT and development tasks (Jira), we don't have a good way of tracking business tasks or tasks that are directly development related.

It can be difficult to keep track of everything that is required for a project when the primary way of tracking tasks is only for tasks that need development work.

It would be great if we had some type of tracking tool that can keep track of different types of tasks that can also integrate with Jira so we can still keep track of those development items. Tasks should be able to be assigned to different people and put into a calendar or reminder format for easy tracking.

This would make it easier to keep up with time spent on projects, especially those that are business tasks, not IT specific tasks.

Yes, I would pay for this software. Would really need to be payment via a licensing model so that multiple employees could access it.
