Startup Idea: Public Assistance Application Screening Software

Startup idea to develop a software solution capable of automating the screening process in public assistance applications. The software would need to gather, process and analyze data entered by applicants, determine their eligibility based on predefined criteria, hence, helping in filtering out unqualified applicants, improving work efficiency.

I work in the public assistance field. I work from home. We are beginning to get way too many applications for public assistance, that I cannot keep up. Being able to weed out applications that do not qualify based on information entered by potential applicants would make my job so much easier. I would be able to handle the applications that come in from people that actually do qualify for benefits rather than going through the motions in order to just deny a person's application that never qualified to begin with. The software would have to have the ability to gather the information the client enters and make a determination based on information we give the software. I would definitely pay for this software. If it worked, it would give me more time to focus on the people that need my help the most.
