Startup Idea: Educational Data Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a standardised software for elementary school teachers to efficiently track and manage various student data like reading levels, benchmarks, phonemic awareness, decoding skills, and other educational parameters as per provincial/state standards. This software would be universally accessible via school network and personal devices.

I work in elementary public school education. Part of the classroom teachers job is to constantly track a wide variety of data (e.g. reading levels, reading benchmarks, phonemic awareness, decoding skills, etc all as part of the 'language mark', and prime benchmarks, rigby assessments, calculation and measurement skills etc as part of the math section).

This is currently time consuming and inconsistent, because each primary teacher tracks on whatever system she likes. Some people use literal index cards for each different strand within a subject. Some people write down each day all the different assessments in their daily planner book. Others keep track on their phone with tally marks. It's ridiculous that there is no standardized software aimed at the speciifc provincial/state standards so that all the data could be tracked in one place.

Ideally this software would be something accessed on the school network, but also able to be accessed at home on our personal devices. I would pay for this, but I think the bigger purchaser would be the school boards doing mass/bulk purchasing to have the software for all their teachers to be used together.
