Startup Idea: Online Substitute Teacher Booking System

Startup idea to develop an online system where teachers can easily book substitutes. Teachers would enter their requirement for a substitute teacher into the program and substitutes could check the site at their convenience and pick up the jobs they want. It simplifies the process and is convenient for all parties involved.

I am a teacher and what my job needs is an online system for substitutes, we have to call subs early in the morning and interrupt their morning possibly have them say no, etc. What we really need is a computer software system where the teacher could go to the program and enter in that they need a sub, they could even say they need one the next day or the next week then the subs could check the website as often as they want and pick the jobs they want. A sub could pick and choose jobs as they are available. It would be easier for everyone involved.
