Startup Idea: Style Guide Examiner Software

Summary for idea #1595
Startup idea to develop a simple, user-friendly Chrome, Firefox, or Word extension to check content against organizational style guides. The software needs to identify deviations in capitalizations, formats, and other style guide specifics, and should be manageable from one single administrative account.

I work in communications/marketing and I wish there was an easy Chrome or Firefox extension, or maybe even for Word, that checked for problems with a piece against our organization's style guide.

We have people who can do it manually, and there are ways to manually configure the already existing style guide or spellcheck dictionaries, but it's very cumbersome.

For example, if you have an event called 'Columbia Voting Week' and you want it always to be capitalized correctly, etc.

I would definitely pay for this software, especially institutionally, if it had the right mix of user-friendliness (i.e. available and intuitive on most devices) and was easy to manage from an administrative level (i.e. making it so changes could be made universally from one account, allowing specific users exceptions, etc.).
